Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Function Lead for the Reddit team in Ogden, UT (Hybrid). You will manage the sales enablement and revenue-growth efforts, coaching the team to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

The role requires 3+ years in sales leadership or account management leadership, plus knowledge of accounting, finance, and HR processes. Salesforce proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or closely related business field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or account management leadership.
• Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures.
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to present concepts and ideas to various audiences.
• Ability to learn quickly and excel in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management.
• Drive and deliver program metrics and activity reports to MarketStar and Reddit leadership.
• Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies.

About the Function Lead – Reddit

MarketStar is looking for a Function Lead to support our Reddit team. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team but ultimately will need to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals. You will be a key player in delivering sales results and scaling Reddit’s SMB and Agency efforts. Location: Ogden, UT – Hybrid.
You will report directly to the Program Director.

Compensation Range: $80,000 – $100,000 USD.
