Qualifications

• 2–3 years previous leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good administrative, math and supervisory skills; some budget administration experience.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and other company personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, supervising and coordinating daily Fun Center operations.
• Hire, train, develop, coach and manage leaders and associates.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to address issues and concerns.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate with Fun Center Manager and other personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality and consistency of guest experiences.
