GoAuto Insurance is seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell Auto Insurance in a fully remote position. The role offers competitive noncommissioned pay and a full benefits package including 401k matching and paid holidays.

There is no cold calling; clients come to us. We write auto insurance for one carrier and provide strong support, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or P&C is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with initiative and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service personal lines auto policies.
• Educate clients to fit their needs.
• Answer phones and assist walk-in clients; support office operations.
• Meet and exceed production and sales goals.
• Develop and manage client relationships for GoAuto products.
