Job summary

GoAuto Insurance is expanding and seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell auto insurance. The role starts primarily remote with later in-store duties as the location opens. Competitive noncommissioned pay includes a full benefits package and a 401(k) plan.

You will quote, write, and service auto policies, educate clients, and support multiple departments. A license is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• Outbound sales experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service personal lines auto policies for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on coverage options to fit their needs.
• Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and support office operations.
• Meet and exceed production and sales goals through product education and retention.
• Build relationships with community organizations and local businesses.
• Develop and manage client relationships to serve as a resource on GoAuto products.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company policies.
• Contact clients regarding account status and renewals; perform outbound calls.
