Job summary

ProperExpression is seeking a high-energy Marketing Recruiter to find and hire marketers who will grow our agency. You’ll be the first voice candidates hear, delivering a warm, sharp experience across LinkedIn, Upwork, and calls.

You will manage multiple roles, keep candidates in the loop, and partner with a fast-paced team across time zones. You must have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, US-based marketing hires, and strong English fluency (C1/C2).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Marketing recruiter experience with US-based hires.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and running candidate calls daily.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and keeping it updated.
• C1/C2 level English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Source marketers on LinkedIn Recruiter and Upwork for 3+ open roles at a time.
• Write outreach messages that candidates want to answer.
• Post and refresh job postings to reach the right audience.
• Maintain relationships and keep a candidate bench for future roles.
• Guide screening, interviews, and offers with hiring teams.
