Job summary

Zabota LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to source and hire remote sales talent across Central and South America. This high-volume role owns the recruiting process from sourcing through hire and aims for about 10 hires per month, mainly from inbound resumes, not headhunting.

You will build sourcing channels across LATAM, assess English proficiency, and ensure candidates can serve U.S. customers. This is a fully remote, freelance contract with EST hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting sales talent in high-volume settings.
• Strong ability to identify top-performing salespeople.
• Excellent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience sourcing proactively across LATAM markets.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified remote sales candidates across Central and South America.
• Build reliable sourcing channels across LATAM markets.
• Proactively source via LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals, job boards and local communities.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess communication, confidence, work ethic and fit.
• Coordinate candidates through final interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and track KPIs.
