Job summary

AO Globe Life is recruiting for a fully remote, commission-based position designed for recent graduates or individuals who excel in service-oriented environments. You will conduct virtual consultations, manage client records, and guide enrollments while building long-term client relationships.

Trainings and licensing support are provided, with inbound leads and weekly performance-based pay. This role offers a growth path in a people-first organization that supports mentorship and development

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Own computer/laptop with reliable high-speed internet and a webcam.
• Access to Windows laptop/PC; requirement to work remotely.
• Must obtain any required state Life & Health Insurance licenses where applicable.
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
