Job Description

The Employee Relations Center of Excellence (CoE) comprises subject matter experts on employee relations and HR compliance. The team ensures the company remains positive and compliant by monitoring labor laws, updating policies, and implementing programs that support and educate employees.

This role supports the HR Compliance function within the Employee Relations CoE. Responsibilities include administering employment policies, conducting investigations into workplace issues, and supporting HR initiatives and training to foster a positive work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree or legal experience (preferred)
• Certifications such as PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP
• EEO Investigator Training or similar

Compensation & Benefits
