PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Support: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing guidance and training on affordable housing compliance via phone and email.
• File Reviews: Conduct electronic reviews of applicant/resident files to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations within specified timeframes, identifying risks proactively.
• Communication: Deliver clear written reports on file deficiencies, ensure effective information transfer, and support clients and team members through verbal and written communication.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• 2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance or property management.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD Project-Based Section 8, or Public Housing programs.
