Job summary

PadSplit is seeking a Host Account Manager to serve as the dedicated strategic partner for a portfolio of hosts. You will own the full host relationship from activation through long-term retention, acting as a trusted advisor on platform policies and fee structures.

Your success will be measured by response times, occupancy performance, host satisfaction, churn reduction, and portfolio retention. You will lead with data, communicate clearly, and escalate only when appropriate, building knowledge

Qualifications

• Account management or customer success background.
• Platform and policy fluency with product understanding.
• Proactive portfolio management with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate metrics into guidance for hosts.
• Strong communication in difficult conversations while upholding policy.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of PadSplit hosts.
• Provide information and act as strategic advisor to hosts.
• Build proactive relationships to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and structured reviews.
• Drive host accountability on occupancy, rejection rates, and retention.
• Collaborate with hosts on portfolio growth and expansion.
