Job summary

IQVIA’s Market Access & Technology Solutions practice is seeking a Government Pricing Leader to help lead engagements at the intersection of regulatory compliance, tooling/automation, and commercial enablement. This leader will own complex client programs, drive solution design and delivery, and shape winning RFP responses and SoWs.

The ideal candidate blends deep GP/market access expertise with a strong technical engineering mindset and a project delivery orientation, coupled with crisp client

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Life Sciences (manufacturing, consulting, or technology).
• 5+ years focused on Government Pricing/MDRP, 340B, VA/DoD/FSS, Tricare, or State Price Transparency.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency; working knowledge of R/Java/C#/Scala/VBA is a plus.
• Hands-on data modeling, ETL/ELT, Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD.
• Expertise with Tableau, Power BI or Looker; comfortable with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Project management mindset; communicates crisply to executives and teams.
• Ability to craft compelling RFP responses and SoWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream engagements across GP platforms and data pipelines.
• Design solution delivery plans, milestones, and quality metrics for clients.
• Own RFP responses, SoWs, pricing, and client demos.
• Coach cross-functional teams and ensure repeatable delivery patterns.
