Principal International seeks a Senior Associate, Client Service Onboarding Manager to oversee pension risk transfer client onboarding. You will validate participant data, coordinate with sponsors and internal teams, and ensure records are accurate through the onboarding process.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in client service, financial services, or plan/policy operations or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.

• Manage onboarding for an assigned portfolio or block of business, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Guide plan sponsors, internal teams, distribution partners, and other stakeholders through onboarding by providing expert support, timely communication, and clear direction.
• Communicate data requirements, outstanding information, discrepancies, and onboarding status, working across stakeholders to drive issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with senior COMs and internal partners as needed to resolve complex issues, set expectations, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
