Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Clear spoken communication and the ability to write concise customer emails and useful interaction notes.
• Ability to listen patiently and maintain respectful tone during difficult conversations.
• Basic understanding of call center tasks: routing, notes, and outcomes.
• Willingness to learn named systems (phone, CRM, support) through practice and feedback.
• Ability to compare service information, follow instructions, and escalate when needed.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace; 40-hour week availability.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and greet customers professionally using Talkdesk.
• Review questions, confirm service details, and locate prior interactions in Zoho CRM.
• Explain service information clearly without making promises beyond policy.
• Open and update tickets in Zendesk with actions and remaining questions.
• Use call routing to connect conversations to the right screens.
• Log calls and select dispositions for accurate reporting.
• Escalate unresolved questions with notes to the team lead.
• Follow QA standards for accuracy, turnaround, and timely follow-up.
