Sales Match is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with online orders. The role is fully remote, based in Michigan, USA, requiring a 40-hour workweek and schedule variability.

You will respond to emails, calls, and live chats using approved product information, while coordinating with fulfillment teams to provide clear next steps. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new support systems quickly.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related customer support or phone support experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week and variable shifts.

Mansioni

• Review incoming customer emails and service tickets in a support platform such as Zendesk.
• Answer incoming calls through a contact-center phone system such as Genesys.
• Respond to online store questions through a live chat such as Intercom.
• Check order status, item details, delivery updates, and returns options.
• Update customer interaction histories in a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Explain product features and account navigation in plain language.
• Coordinate with order fulfillment for delivery updates and next steps.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead with context.
• Follow up on open tickets and close conversations with notes.
