Talentoma is seeking a Call Center Agent for a fully remote position based in Michigan, United States. The role requires a 40-hour workweek with varying shifts, handling calls and emails to connect customers with clear answers and next steps.

You will work within the customer support team under a team lead, logging interactions in the CRM and ensuring accurate notes for continued support. Prior experience is not required.

Competenze

• Clear spoken communication and the ability to write concise customer emails and useful interaction notes.
• Willingness to learn the named phone, CRM, and support systems.
• Ability to follow established instructions and escalate when needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Receive incoming calls through a contact-center system and greet customers professionally.
• Review questions, confirm service details, and locate earlier interactions in a CRM.
• Explain service information clearly without promising what cannot be delivered.
• Open and update service tickets in a support platform and document actions taken.
• Use call routing and CTI to connect conversations to the correct screen.
• Complete call logging and select accurate dispositions for team analytics.
• Transfer customers to specialists with clear rationale and a brief handoff summary.
• Follow up by email when answers require more checks and revisit tickets as needed.
• Support resolution within guidelines; escalate unresolved items to the team lead with notes.
• Meet call quality standards with accurate answers, timely turnaround, and professional tone.
