Responsibilities:
  • Licensing: Obtain Life and Health insurance licenses in your resident state.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of AO's product portfolio and effectively communicate its value to potential customers.
  • Collaboration: Daily engagement with your team via virtual office, participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
