About the Role

We offer a fully remote sales position, ideal for both experienced sales professionals and newcomers. Our training platform ensures your success working from your home office. We also have a part-time platform for referring agents.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in protecting their financial future through Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• Follow up with responders, schedule appointments, and conduct meetings via in-person or video chat.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Utilize provided leads—no cold calling or prospecting required.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one, with assistance).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency with smartphones, computers, and tablets with a webcam.
• Self-motivated and able to build rapport with clients.
