About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our remote team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating agile practices and helping our product and engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll guide multiple teams through all facets of the Agile/Scrum lifecycle while fostering an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, is passionate about agile methodologies, and is adept at removing blockers, driving team performance, and enhancing team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the scope and timeline for multiple concurrent projects.

• Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for Scrum teams, guiding them in Agile best practices.

• Foster a high-performing team culture by identifying areas for improvement and applying effective coaching techniques.

• Ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

• Act as the primary point of contact for communications with external parties, including stakeholders and customers.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritize features.

• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, blockers, and dependencies to maintain progress.

• Uphold quality standards and ensure deliverables meet expectations at the end of each sprint.

• Drive the adoption of Agile principles and elevate scrum maturity across teams.

• Support change management initiatives and help teams adapt effectively.

• Champion a productive team environment that promotes ownership, accountability, and team satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications and Attributes

• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role.

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and their real-world application.

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.

• Experience with Salesforce platforms (especially Service/Health Cloud) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with integrating third-party applications with Salesforce or similar CRMs.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products in fast-paced environments.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
