Responsibilities include acting as Scrum Master for multiple teams, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement, supporting Product Owners, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring transparency with tools like Jira, Miro, and Confluence.
You will work with other Scrum Masters to share practices and strengthen agility across DEHN.
