Our client, a leading IT Consultingorganization, is hiringan experienced ServiceNow CSM Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions in line with business goals. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions.
