Job Title: Scrum Master – Clinical Technology

Location: U.S. - based Remote (Austin, TX preferred)

Reports to: Head of Product

Overview

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a high-impact Clinical Technology team delivering innovative applications that power the clinical experience—including electronic health record (EHR) systems, AI-driven ambient listening, clinical dashboards, and more.

This team is tasked with strategically aligning and evolving clinical tools to promote efficiency, ease of use, and best-in-class user experience for clinicians and staff. The ideal candidate will bring deep Agile delivery experience, a passion for health tech, and the ability to facilitate collaboration across technical and business domains.

The Clinical Technology team includes strong product and business ownership, and the Scrum Master will serve as a facilitative leader helping the team translate vision into high-impact execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for the Clinical Technology team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
• Help the team deliver strategic alignment across multiple clinical applications to drive an integrated, intuitive clinical experience
• Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team empowerment
• Support the product and business owners by ensuring the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and transparent
• Track team progress through velocity, burndown, and other key Agile metrics
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers while managing interdependencies with other teams (data, integrations, infrastructure)
• Foster clear communication across engineering, product, business stakeholders, and clinical SMEs
• Champion a culture of collaboration, quality, and user-centered design
• Navigate change with a steady hand as the team matures delivery processes and evolves their clinical technology ecosystem

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Technical Delivery Lead
• Experience supporting teams building clinical or health technology applications (EHR, clinical workflow tools, digital health apps, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to tailor to team needs
• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration with engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Comfortable leading in environments with complex user needs, regulatory considerations, and evolving business priorities
• Effective communicator with the ability to translate between clinical, technical, and product contexts
• Familiar with Agile tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated health tech environments
