Job summary

Recruiterthon LLC seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our client in Dallas, TX. The role targets senior or lead developers with strong Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration experience in Salesforce ecosystems.

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, drive CI/CD practices, and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes. Expertise with AI integrations and Agentforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform development
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience building enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• Agile/Scrum development environment familiarity

Senior Salesforce Developer –

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard platform capabilities and custom development.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Platform Events.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Develop custom Salesforce components, integrations, and automation using Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions for complex business requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and design patterns.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Support data migration, data quality, and data synchronization initiatives across Salesforce and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce Platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Experience building enterprise-grade integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Copado, Gearset, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Telecom domain experience preferred.

AI / GenAI Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot, and Data Cloud preferred.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Generative AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Google Gemini preferred.
• Understanding of AI architecture concepts including Prompt Engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG, Vector Search, Embeddings, and AI Governance.
• Experience building conversational AI, intelligent assistants, or AI-powered automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI Trust Layer and Responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Cognitive Services, AI Foundry, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
