BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is hiring dedicated In-Home Caregivers in the Eagan area to help clients stay safe and comfortable at home. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care on full-time shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care in hands-on environments (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, ambulation).
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Collaborate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
