Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a talented full stack software engineer to join our Growth Team, collaborating with the growth engineer team lead within the Marketign website squad.

You will help build infrastructure for internationalization, automation, and data tracking to drive acquisition and conversions. The role emphasizes AI-powered automation, robust APIs, and high-velocity experimentation across multi-market funnels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Mastery of Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in a JS framework (Vue/Nuxt).
• Fluent in French & English (B2/C1). German is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Global Scaling: Build and refine the infrastructure supporting our internationalization (multi-language, localized user journeys…).
• Intelligent Automation: Design and deploy AI-driven tools and automated workflows to streamline lead acquisition and personalize user experiences at scale.
• Tracking & Insights: Implement and enhance sophisticated visitor tracking systems to turn raw data into actionable growth levers.
• Ecosystem Connectivity: Design and develop robust APIs to ensure seamless data flow between our internal tools and the broader fintech ecosystem.
• High-Velocity Experimentation: Launch needle-moving projects including A/B tests, white-label integrations, predictive lead scoring, and optimized acquisition funnels.
• Performance Optimization: Maintain and push the limits of our public website and registration funnels for peak conversion across all markets.
