Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Ruby on Rails expertise with front-end experience in JS frameworks.
• Fluent in English and French; German a bonus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Scale infrastructure for internationalization and multi-language journeys.
• Design and deploy AI-driven automation to improve lead acquisition.
• Implement visitor tracking systems for actionable insights.
• Develop robust APIs for data flow between internal tools and the fintech ecosystem.
• Run high-velocity experiments including A/B tests and integrations.
• Optimize performance of the public site and registration funnels.
