We’re looking for a product‑minded full‑stack engineer (mid/senior) who enjoys building, improving, and owning the systems that keep a business running smoothly. You’ll join a tight‑knit engineering team within our business division, working across the stack to ship new features, refine existing functionality, and strengthen the reliability of the platforms our internal teams and end users depend on. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving real problems, collaborating closely with peers, and shaping the technical foundation of a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

• Build and enhance features across our platform with an emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
• Improve and evolve our technical systems as business needs shift and scale.
• Support the performance, stability, and reliability of both internal and customer‑facing applications.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements and propose solutions that create measurable business impact.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and contribute to a smooth, consistent user experience.
• Participate in thoughtful code reviews and knowledge‑sharing within the team.
• Help foster a learning‑oriented engineering culture through mentorship, documentation, and collaboration.
• Grow into a subject‑matter expert for a specific area of our platform, becoming the go‑to engineer for that domain.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional full‑stack engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails; TypeScript exposure is a plus.
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and an understanding of database architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Heroku, Cloudflare, AWS, or similar.
• Solid debugging skills and a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
• Clear communication, collaborative instincts, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Bonus Skills

• Experience building with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini) or frameworks like LangSmith / LangChain.
• Background in performance tuning, scalability, or system optimization.
• Exposure to CDP tools such as Segment, Customer.io, or BlueConic.
