Job summary

Palona AI is seeking an AI Full-Stack Engineer who treats growth as an engineering and product discipline. You will own web experiences, experimentation, SEO and analytics across the site, landing pages, demos, calculators, content systems, marketing integrations, and data pipelines.

The objective is a measurable, compounding system for qualified demand and pipeline. You will partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product and Design while maintaining a high bar for code quality and user

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial experience in relevant technical domain.
Strong full-stack web engineering experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, APIs.

Responsibilities

Build fast, conversion-focused web experiences for high-intent restaurant buyers.
Create and iterate on landing pages, interactive demos, ROI tools, and acquisition products.
Establish reliable end-to-end attribution from source to revenue.
Instrument events and improve data quality across the funnel.
Design an experimentation system for messaging, pages, onboarding, and campaigns.
Improve SEO and GEO foundations, including performance and metadata.
Integrate and automate workflows across analytics, CRM, scheduling, advertising, and sales systems.
Apply AI to accelerate research, content operations, personalization, and experiment generation.
Analyze funnel behavior and ship improvements to optimize pipeline quality.
Define qualified-conversion metrics with Growth and Sales.
