Gallatin AI, Inc. is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to build modern tools for contested logistics. You’ll extend API layers, design data models, and collaborate with a top-tier team of engineers to deliver end-to-end flows that enable smarter resupply operations.

The role emphasizes performance, CI/CD discipline, and practical impact, with opportunities to work across product, design, and engineering to solve hard problems for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging across the full stack.
• Experience building backend APIs or services in a strongly typed language.
• Familiarity with HTTP response codes.
• Data modeling and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases—designing schemas, writing queries, ensuring performance.
• Experience with processing data streams and/or ETL pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to drive projects to completion.
• Clear, concise communication for architecture and documentation.
• Growth mindset and willingness to stay current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Extend our existing API layer with CRUD methods built for performance and accuracy.
• Partner with the UX team and backend developers on rapid feature buildouts.
• Contribute tested, production‑ready code that passes our CI/CD pipeline.
• Technical depth in at least one of: TypeScript, Python, SQL, Vue.js.
• Define and evolve relational database schemas for complex entities.
• Use our semantic data modeling SDK to architect storage and retrieval methods.
• Build data pipelines to ingest, transform, and distribute data across systems.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineers to align features with user needs.
