Job summary

Gallatin AI, Inc. is seeking cleared engineers to build end-to-end flows that smarten resupply operations. You’ll extend our API layer, design data models, and collaborate across product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready features.

The role emphasizes strong typing (TypeScript, Python, SQL, Vue.js), robust data pipelines, and a culture of engineering excellence in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Top Secret Clearance (TS or TS/SCI) and be able to obtain/maintain clearance.
• Experience developing backend APIs or services in a strongly-typed language.
• Hands-on data modeling with relational databases; experience with data pipelines/ETL.
• Ability to collaborate with product/design/engineering and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Extend API layer with CRUD methods, prioritizing performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with UX and backend developers on rapid feature buildouts.
• Deliver tested, production-ready code that passes CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop data models and pipelines powering the Navigator platform.
• Define relational schemas and build data pipelines for multiple systems.
• Leverage semantic data modeling SDK for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Improve CI/CD practices and maintain DX across the team.
