PraxisPro Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to join our core engineering team and ship end-to-end features across infrastructure, backend, web, and iOS.

You will work with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation as part of delivering regulated healthcare/PHI capable platforms, with emphasis on security, audit logging, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Production experience across backend, frontend and infrastructure.
• Strong Python, plus TypeScript and a modern web framework.
• Working experience with Swift and iOS development.
• SQL and NoSQL database design.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and at least one major cloud (AWS preferred).
• Identity and access standards, including OAuth, OpenID Connect and SAML.
• Built and shipped at least one LLM powered feature to production.
• Comfortable making design decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong testing and documentation habits.

Role Summary

You'll join the core engineering team and build across the full stack: infrastructure, backend, web and iOS. You should be comfortable with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation, since both are part of shipping features on this platform.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation, Benefits & Additional Notes

• Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 (based on experience and background)
