Job summary

Elite Dispatching delivers top-tier, efficient logistics services and seeks a full-time bookkeeper to own the books for three related companies in SE Portland. You’ll manage QuickBooks Online, reconcile accounts, and handle payroll through ADP, ensuring accurate monthly close and reporting.

Collaborate with billing, dispatch and payroll teams and coordinate with our outside CPA to finalize P&L, balance sheet, and aging reports. Experience with Towbook or insurance billing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping (A/R, A/P, reconciliations, month-end close).
• Daily, hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Accurate, organized, and willing to ask questions instead of guessing.

About us
Elite Towing & Recovery is a locally owned Oregon towing and recovery company operating 24/7 across the Portland metro area. We have about 30 employees and three related companies. We're growing, and we need someone to own our books.

What you'll do

• Keep the books for three related companies in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts every month

What you need

Schedule and Pay

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday days, onsite in SE Portland.
• Pay: $28-$34/hour, based on experience.
