Job summary

Cliff House Maine is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join the overnight front office team in Cape Neddick, Maine. You will warmly greet guests, assist with travel itineraries and reservations, and promote hotel services and local experiences to create authentic guest experiences.

This role requires the ability to work the 3rd shift and weekends, with duties including registration, checkout, and cashiering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Previous front desk agent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use your communication skills to develop guest itineraries and coordinate reservations.

Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel overnight front desk agent attends to guests’ needs, included, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering.

Pay Range

$23 - $24 per hour

• Use your exceptional written and verbal communication skills to provide ideas about guest amenities and experiences, and organize itineraries and reservations on their behalf.

• Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met.
• Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
