Responsibilities
In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.
Requirements
- Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional looking to grow their career.
- Prior night audit experience in a hotel environment is ideal.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
- Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
- Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, nights and holidays.
- High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.
- The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming.
- Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
- Handle cash, coins, and currency as night auditor.
Pay rate starts at $21.00 per hour.
