Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Franklin Park, IL, is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative. In this role you will represent the T-Mobile brand, assist customers with activations, bill payments, and device upgrades, and work with a team to meet personal and store goals.

We value a minimum 6 months of retail or customer-focused experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service at the Wireless Vision store.
• Meet monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Assist with store marketing efforts and community outreach, promoting the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
