Job summary

Do it Best in Dixon, IL is hiring for full-time, long-term roles in our Order Processors/Order Fillers and High Reach Lift Operators positions. We offer weekly pay, a day shift, healthcare, and a quarterly bonus, with retirement contributions and other benefits.

Training is provided to safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. Starting pay ranges from $18.55 to $23.40 per hour, with increases every 180 days and a potential additional $0.70–$2.05 per hour via quarterly

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift items 40–45 lbs and occasionally 80–100 lbs.
• Willing to train and obtain certification to operate forklifts and related equipment.
• Ability to work a Sunday–Thursday schedule with safety-focused practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in order processing and order filling within a Dixon, IL distribution center.
• Operate and maneuver powered equipment as trained and certified.

Job description

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.

We’re currently adding to our growing team for our Sunday-Thursday, full time, schedule within our Order Processors/Order Fillers and High Reach Lift Operators positions.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $25.45 /hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.55-$23.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.70 - $2.05 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
