Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an Automatic Case Pick (ACP) Generalist to support our York, PA operation. You will remove cases from pallets and layer them into trays in the automated system, while operating robots and clearing faults to maintain pallet integrity in the shipping area.

The role is full-time on the 3rd shift (5pm–5am) with a 6-hour midweek shift on Wednesdays. Competitive benefits start day one and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Attendance and reliability critical for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Remove cases from full pallets, place by layers onto trays in ACP system.
• Verify product accuracy while sustaining production levels and quality.
• Inspect and ensure pallet stability and proper arrangement.

Position Overview

As an Automatic Case Pick (ACP) Generalist, you will remove cases from full pallets and place, by layer, onto trays in the automated case pick system in the receiving area. You will also be operating robots, clearing faults, and assuring pallet integrity within the shipping area.

Compensation and Schedule

Earn $17.50 per hour ($17.00 per hour base rate + $.50 differential)

Full Time, 3rd shift 3 - 12 hour shifts 5pm-5am & 6 hour shift on Wednesdays (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday OR Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Responsibilities

• Removing cases from full pallets, placing them by layers onto the trays located in the Automated Case Pick System
• Confirming accuracy of product while maintaining production levels and quality
• Inspecting and ensuring the stability of product on pallets

Physical Demands

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
