Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse/Donations Assistant to support donation intake, merchandise movement, and backroom organization, helping keep the sales floor stocked and welcoming.

You will load and unload donations, operate a forklift as needed, and work with staff and volunteers in a casual, mission-driven environment that values safety, teamwork, and community impact. 40 hours/week, weekends included.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling donations and loading/unloading merchandise.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 75 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in all climates.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and donors with loading/unloading donations and purchases.
• Keep back room and donation dock organized and clean.
• Safely move merchandise to and from the sales floor.
• Operate forklift as required and follow safety procedures.
