Job summary

Cape Fear Habitat in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Donation Handler & Warehouse Associate to greet donors, inspect and process donations, and keep the store organized and welcoming.

You will load, unload, and move merchandise, assist volunteers, and promote a positive donation experience throughout your shift. We train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable and team-oriented demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to safely lift and move furniture, appliances, and other donated items (75+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors and customers.
• Receive, inspect, and process donated items.
• Load, unload, and move merchandise safely.
• Help maintain an organized sales floor and warehouse.
