Interview Process for this Role
Position Summary
The VP, Sales is responsible for leading PDG’s new client acquisition and revenue generation within our target industry vertical, primarily US-based and international life sciences companies. This includes developing client identification and penetration strategies and collaborating with senior sales leaders within client organizations to effectively position PDG’s sales performance services.
The VP, Sales will establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, working closely with PDG's leadership and client services teams to ensure a successful sales process. Responsibilities include developing and managing key accounts, creating sales presentations, building client relationships, developing proposals, and setting sales targets and strategies aligned with PDG’s goals.
The ideal candidate has experience consulting on sales performance in the life sciences industry, is solution-oriented, driven, resilient, and capable of leading and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment.
