Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the friendly face of FMA Animal Hospital in Westwood, KS. You will manage appointments, patient flow, and phone calls, while delivering compassionate client service and handling transactions to support our services.

The role is full-time with Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in compassionate, professional service, strong organization, teamwork, and calm, solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the hospital and create exceptional client experiences
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions
• Process transactions and support clients with essential information about services
