Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in veterinary reception is required.
• Experience in front-desk or healthcare reception is preferred.
• Proficiency with a multi-line phone system and in-person client service.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Cornerstone.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
