Central Animal Hospital in Savannah, GA is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our fast-paced team. This part-time position has the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate, with schedule Monday–Friday 8 am–6 pm and one Saturday per month.

You’ll be the first point of contact, greeting clients and patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and coordinating with doctors and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with potential to become full-time.
• Negotiable salary based on experience.
• Schedule includes Monday–Friday 8 am–6 pm and one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow.
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client information.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, and patient care.
• Support the care of hospitalized pets as needed.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to provide an outstanding client experience.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
