Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Any prior veterinary experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required; vet receptionist experience preferred.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and address concerns.
• Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners.
• Assist with medication pickups and client inquiries.
• Input data into practice management software and handle billing.
• Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, and maintain records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties.
