Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.

• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns.
