Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• Monitor access to the property and observe visitor activity
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation and communicate observations to leadership
