Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background checks may be conducted.
• Background history considered compliant with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and assist with visitor management.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports and share with site contacts.
