Allied Universal in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Observation. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter; report hazards or concerns.
• Monitor entrances and verify visitor credentials per site policies.
• Prepare accurate incident logs and shift handoffs.
