Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Cleveland, OH. You will monitor, deter and report on security incidents while providing excellent tenant and visitor service during a night shift. The role emphasizes safety, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding property perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation for Allied Universal leadership.
