Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Employment subject to background check per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain logs, and report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; contact appropriate personnel or responders as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
