Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for Honolulu, HI. You will provide unarmed patrols, customer service, and quick responses to incidents to help keep guests and staff safe.

You'll join a welcoming team, earn $22.00 per hour, and build a flexible schedule through our Claim a Shift platform. A high school diploma is required; a guard card or license and background check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual activity.
• Assist with access control and visitor guidance per site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity through required reports.
